    For package sizes over 165 inches (length + girth) (over UPS standard size) local pick up only. Delivery OK to Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Goleta & Ventura

    for commission work over $4000, my usuall 20% down 80% due upon completion does not apply, it would be 20% down and monthly draws with email updates per payment.
